Multi Strategy
Global Equity has one of the longest track records in the industry in Brazil. The underlying managers have been around for some time starting out as Latinvest Asset Management in 1987 receiving a number of awards over the years evolving to present day Global Equity. There are two Fund options, the low volatile Global Equity Brazil Multi Strategy and more aggressive Global Equity Brazil Stocks. Assets under management for this Fund exceed $1.3 billion.
The investment strategy for the Multi Strategy includes trading in arbitrage trades, relative value long/short position outright long and short positions based on the value and momentum, swaps and currency forward contracts, listed and over-the-counter options as to all of the foregoing.
